Authorities under fire for death of elderly woman

"Investigative Reporter Wendy Halloran KPNX-Phoenix (NBC) exposed how the Assistant Medical Examiner for Maricopa County failed to mention an elderly woman was a victim of elder abuse in his autopsy report and how paramedics who responded to the woman failed to recognize what was really underneath the white cream on her body."
