The conference will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The discounted room rate is available until Friday, May 18, or until our room block is full (whichever comes first).
Don’t wait until the last minute to reserve your room as our room block in previous years has sold out prior to the final day to make reservations.

Conference room rate is $199 plus tax, which is currently at 14.45% (single/double). All conference attendees staying at the Boston Marriott Copley Place have the option to receive internet access in their guest rooms at a discounted rate of $6.95 per day (plus tax).
The block of rooms at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is sold out.
To make a reservation by phone, call the reservation line at 1-800-228-9290 and ask to make a reservation in the "IRE " room block. Reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. the day of arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.

The discounted room rate at the overflow hotel is $239 plus tax, which is currently 14.45% (single/double). Reservations will be accepted until the block is full or May 22 whichever comes first.
The block of rooms at the Sheraton Boston Hotel is sold out.
To make a reservation by phone, call the reservation line at 1-888-627-7054 and ask to make a reservation in the "IRE" room block.

If you are interested in finding a roommate to share hotel expenses, please check our roommate forum! Please include your name, contact info, gender, smoker (y/n) and when you're arriving and leaving. Once you find a roommate, please delete yourself from the list.
Amtrak Special Rate
We have worked with Amtrak again this year in order to offer attendees a travel discount to Boston!
Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to Boston between June 11 - 20, 2012. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Conventions cannot be booked via the Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X47K-949 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
