The conference will be held at the Renaissance St. Louis Union Station Marriott . The discounted room rate is available until Tuesday, January 31, or until our room block is full (whichever comes first). Don’t wait until the last minute to reserve your room as our room block in previous years has sold out prior to the final day to make reservations.

The room rate is $120 (single or double) plus tax which is currently 15.741%. Rooms are available at the Marriott until Tuesday, January 31 or until the overflow block is full.

Make a reservation online. (Group code "ireirea" is included in link.) All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or first night’s room deposit plus tax. Cancellations must be received by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, to avoid billing or forfeiting the room deposit received.

Discounted valet parking is available to guests staying at the St. Louis Union Station Marriott at the rate of $10 per night, self-parking is available near the hotel at the rate of $16 per night.

For attendees driving in for the day only, parking is available near the hotel for $16 per day or at the St. Louis Union Station Marriott through valet parking for $26 per day.

Discounted Airport Transportation

Discounted airport transportation has been arranged with GO BEST Express Airport Shuttle.  One way rates have been reduced to $17 per person (normally $22) and round trip rates are $34 per person (normally $39).  You must make a reservation online before 11:59pm on February 14, 2012 to take advantage of these discounted rates. Airport taxi service to the St. Louis Union Station Marriott will run between $45-$50. 

Amtrak Special Rate

We worked with Amtrak again this year in order to offer attendees a travel discount to St. Louis!

Amtrak offers a 10% discount off the lowest available rail fare to St. Louis between February 20 – 29, 2012. To book your reservation call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Conventions cannot be booked via the Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare code X05I- 935 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
