IRE seeks proposals for Web site redesign
This bid request is for a "first phase" project that focuses on design/functionality/creativity of the IRE Web site and includes no programming work. However, bid invitations for subsequent phases may include requests for programming, as well as other enhancements/improvements to the site. It's an opportunity for a Web firm to "get its foot in the door" for future collaboration on a long-term project. Deadline: Oct. 30, 2006.
