1999 IRE Board of Directors Election Results

KANSAS CITY - IRE members voted on six of 13 Board of Directors seats at the annual membership meeting in Kansas City, which ended Sunday. Four incumbents were returned to office and two new members were named for the two-year terms. (Choosing not to run for re-election was John Lindsay, chairman.)

Rosemary Armao (incumbent), The Baltimore Sun (209)

Mark Lagerkvist, News 12-Long Island (196)

Rose Ciotta (incumbent), The Philadelphia Inquirer (187)

Drew Sullivan, The Tennessean (176)

David Boardman (incumbent), The Seattle Times (172)
