Still need help signing in to the IRE Members-Only areas?

I CAN'T LOG ON, WHAT DO I DO
  1. Double-check your membership ID number against your membership card or number previously e-mailed to you.
  2. Verify the spelling of your last name as it should appear in our membership database. Some members use a media name different from the name that's in our records.
  3. Try using your first name instead of your last name. This is a backup we've built into the system.
  4. Check if you have cookies enabled. You need cookies enabled to login. Cookies let us automatically log you out after 30 minutes, and are an important security precaution. Our cookie only lasts for the duration of your browsing session, and for only 30 minutes at that. The next time you visit our site, you will be asked to login again.   5. If you are using Netscape v6.0 or 6.1, then you may find that the login screen reappears. If you are sure that your user name and password are correct, and that cookies are enabled properly, then try doing a "forced reload" on your browser after logging in. To do this in Windows, hold down the "shift" key and click the Reload button with your left mouse button. On a MacIntosh, hold down the "command" and "shift" keys, then hit the "r' key.
