Bundle of Trouble: Journalists untangle the story of Norman Hsu
Rainey recaps the Wall Street Journal and LA Times investigations into Norman Hsu, a political fundraiser who bundled campaign donations and, in doing so, skirted campaign finance laws. Hsu was also a fugitive, and his campaign contribution raising process was intwined with his own shady business ventures. These investigations brought attention to the practice of bundling and revealed other cases of political fraud.
