  • Boy Dies In MRI Accident

    The Journal News investigates an incident at a Westchester Hospital in which a 6-year-old boy was killed by an oxygen tank that was magnetically sucked into an MRI machine. Employees not following safety procedures caused a metal oxygen tank to be brought into the room where there were powerful magnets.
