WMAQ-TV (Chicago) finds Chicago Police policy "says if you've committed a crime you can't get on the force -- unless-- the superintendent says it's ok. At the Chicago Police Department, the superintendent gives his ok to hiring persons guilty of crimes like aggravated assault, battery, theft... Then (WMAQ) learned that some of the officers convicted of batteries prior to being hired were among Chicago's most brutal officers today... Finally, a story about sex, booze and a nude photo session at a Chicago Police Station..."
