Workshop on Television Reporting for Professionals
New School University, 66 W. 12th St.
New York, N.Y.

July 7-11, 2004
Back to IRE Training

Make the jump from writer/producer to on-camera reporter. Learn in-depth reporting and storytelling techniques from some of the best in the TV-news business. A limited enrollment of twelve insures everyone will receive individual attention.

This hands-on workshop is aimed at younger journalists and print journalists who want on-camera experience. We encourage veteran journalists to share this information about this opportunity with anyone they are mentoring.

  • Produce a resumé tape of professional quality
  • Learn on-camera techniques such as voice-overs, narration and interviewing
  • Learn news package construction

  • Instructors
