Overflow Hotel Information Rooms are available for Thursday (6/5), Friday (6/6) and Saturday (6/7) nights at the discounted rate of $149 plus tax. Limited rooms are available in this overflow block so book your room early. The last day to make reservations is May 23, 2008. If you need to cancel your reservation it must be done by 6pm the day of arrival to avoid any penalties. Please note: Hotel will be in the process of renovation for the month of June: May be some slight noise during typical business hours due to the renovation. To make a reservation, call 1-800-228-9290 and ask for a room in the 2008 IRE conference block. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card, as the hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods. Hyatt Regency Miami at the Miami Convention Center Rooms are available for Thursday (6/5), Friday (6/6) and Saturday (6/7) nights at the discounted rate of $169 plus tax. Limited rooms are available in this overflow block so book your room early. The last day to make reservations is May 23, 2008. If you need to cancel your reservation it must be done 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid any penalties. To make a reservation, call 1-800-223-1234 and ask for a room in the Investigative Reporters block or group code IRE. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card, as the hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods. InterContinental Room reservations (sold out): To get the discounted price of $175 plus tax (13%) per night, please make your hotel reservation by Friday, May 9. After that date, if rooms are available, they'll be at a much higher price. Also keep in mind that we have sold out of hotel rooms in recent years so make your reservation early. Hotel reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty.
