Speaker Bios

  • Matt Goldberg is the Vice President of Content Strategy for the NBC Owned TV Stations, where he leads a team focused on innovative storytelling. He has been honored with numerous local and national awards, including the IRE Award.  He has worked at television stations in Phoenix, Houston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. His reporting has exposed consumer fraud, government corruption and human rights violations.  Matt also serves on the IRE board of directors.

  • Jeremy Jojola is an investigative reporter for 9NEWS in Denver where his stories have inspired the introduction of new state laws and policy changes. Over his 20 year career as television journalist, Jojola has garnered several awards for his investigative work which include topics such as police oversight and systemic problems that hurt vulnerable populations. @jeremyjojola

  • Eva Parks is the producer for the award-winning investigative team at KXAS-TV. Since 2012, exposed flaws in airport security, helped uncover mistreatment of wounded soldiers, institute change in police policy and expose security and safety concerns at schools in North Texas. Eva has been nationally recognized with multiple journalism awards including four National Edward R. Murrow awards, two national Society of Professional Journalist awards and a National Emmy. @NBCDFWEva 

  • Jenna Susko is a national award winning investigative reporter at NBC Los Angeles. Prior to joining KNBC, Jenna spent three years at KNTV, NBC’s Bay Area station. Her in-depth investigative reporting has resulted in federal investigations, state audits and public officials being removed from office. She has won numerous local and national awards including three Emmys and two National Society of Professional Journalists Awards.
