Speaker Bios

  • Tracy Weber is a senior editor at ProPublica. Before becoming an editor in 2014, Weber was a lead reporter on “The Troubles at King/Drew,” a Los Angeles Times series that won the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for public service. She also co-wrote a series on the poor oversight of nurses that was a finalist for the same award in 2010. Prior to joining ProPublica in 2008, Weber worked at the Times and the Orange County Register.
