Speaker Bios

  • Adam A. Marshall is the Knight Foundation litigation attorney at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press. His work includes federal and state litigation, writing amicus briefs and training journalists. In 2017, Adam was named to the Forbes “30 Under 30: Media” list for his work promoting government transparency. He is the co-author of a chapter on FOIA in "Troubling Transparency" (CUP 2018).
