Stephanie Klimstra

Stephanie Klimstra serves as the director of events for IRE and NICAR. She handles site selection, hotel & vendor negotiations, AV, F&B management, on-site logistics, exhibitors & recruiters, ensures sponsor deliverables are met and works with partner organizations on their on-site planning needs. In addition, she handles logistics for training workshops, held both in-person and online. She also works with any interested parties who want to advertise with IRE both online and in our quarterly IRE Journal. Klimstra has been in the event planning field for over 20 years and holds certifications as a Digital Event Strategist (DES) and Pandemic Compliance Advisor and recently completed her Post-Crisis Hospitality Management Certificate through the University of South Florida.
