KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a unique opportunity for independent thinkers with journalism experience, who are seeking a career change.
As an associate investment analyst in the non-traditional team, you will use your reporting, source-building, and analytical skills to research large cap, publicly-traded companies worldwide, often by conducting interviews with former employees, competitors, suppliers, regulators, and offering your perspective on the potential long-term risks and opportunities within these companies.
Non-traditional analysts at GQG are key to our research mosaic as they bring in a differentiated view when looking at companies. They focus on understanding a company’s culture and management and look for risks that are underappreciated by those analyzing the business through traditional financial lenses. The role focuses on the qualitative aspects of the company.
