RFA Seeks Journalists Passionate About Local News
Report for America, a national service program that places talented, emerging journalists in local newsrooms to report for one to two years on under-covered topics, is looking to fill more than 100 reporting positions next year throughout the United States, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Let us say that again: We are fielding more than ONE HUNDRED new reporting jobs in 2021! We will place journalists in more than 200 host news organizations to serve local communities across 49 states.
Our partner newsrooms are seeking reporters for a variety of beats, including government, business, education, health, social justice issues and minority neighborhoods.
RFA is committed to local news coverage and filling in the gaps in areas of the country where there are news deserts.
The deadline is Sunday, Jan. 31. Here’s "a full list" of available jobs. Click on the job that interests you and apply online.
Report for America is an initiative of the GroundTruth Project.
