Summary The Scottddale School District misspent tens of millions of dollars. School administrators are accused of bid-rigging, accepting kickbacks from vendors and violating state open meetings law. Administrators may have also tried to cover-up the abuses for almost a year and a half and interfered with the Attorney General's investigation.
