Description

This investigation is an in-depth look at how Hamilton County Commissioners are spending the public's money to build a 400-million-dollar stadium for the Cincinnati Bengals. Reports revealed Commissioners have broken their written promise to award 15% of stadium contracts to minority and female owned companies. The I-Team investigation showed that unlike other cities, Cincinnati has no plan to make stadium construction pay off for all segments of the community, and does not even monitor minority contracts.
