Kolpack found that the school had to raise $1 million more to break even for the 1002-05 academic year, most of which went to fund an additional 50 athletic scholarships allowed by higher Division I regulations. The university's total budget is going form $6 million in 03-04 to almost $7.7 million for 04-05.
