STATE text Two-digit FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards) code which identifies the state where the property is located. COUNTY text Three-digit FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards) code which identifies the county where the property is located. TRACT text Census Tract number. A Census Tract identifies a small, relatively permanent statistical subdivision of a county. Census Tract numbers range from 0001.00 to 9499.99 and are unique within a county.
