Instructions for members

First, log into the user portal. If you don't have an account, create one.

Verify that you have an active membership through July 1, 2026, by navigating to your account profile →

... and clicking the "Membership" tab:

If you have an active membership, you'll see the name of your membership (e.g. "Professional 1 Year"), the word "Active" and your membership expiration date. Make note of your expiration date -- you'll need this when you register for the conference.

If you've never had a membership in our new system, apply for one. If you have an existing membership but your expiration date is earlier than July 1, 2026, renew it.

Registering for the conference

Once you've found your membership expiration date and verified that it's on or later than July 1, click here to register for the conference.

On the "Package selection" screen, you should see two registration options to select -- all-access or basic -- matching your membership level (Professional, Retiree, Student, etc.).

Here's what this screen looks like for an active professional member:

🚨 VERY IMPORTANT 🚨

If, at this point, you instead see four registration options for nonmember sponsors and exhibitors, like this --

-- you need to quit the registration process and purchase (or renew) your membership first.

Then, once you have verified that you have an active membership through July 1, 2026, you can run through the registration process again.

If you are a member and also a sponsor or exhibitor, register as a member.

Instructions for nonmember sponsors and exhibitors

First, log into the user portal. If you don't have an account, create one.

Next: Navigate to the IRE 2026 event page. Click the "Register" button.

You should see four options to choose from:

  • Sponsor registration (all-access)
  • Sponsor registration (basic)
  • Exhibitor registration (all-access)
  • Exhibitor registration (basic)

Select the applicable registration fee and complete the registration process. Please email chris@ire.org if you have any questions.
