Packages

Exhibitor packages include:

  • Table space in the conference space foyer
  • A listing on the conference website
  • 1 complimentary registration with full access to the conference
  • 1 complimentary registration with access only to the exhibitor hall (additional exhibitor-area registrations can be purchased for $50/person)

Costs:

  • Corporate: $2,500
  • Nonprofit: $2,250
  • University: $1,750

Exhibitors are responsible for all costs associated with receiving or storing shipped items, audiovisual equipment, power and hard-wired internet lines. IRE conference wifi is available at no additional fee.
