Two schools in an area of Oklahoma what was destroyed by a massive tornado were not properly designed or built, according to several experts to conducted a study for the American Society of Civil Engineers. The examination showed the schools were not built to code and had several flaws which contributed to the injuries and deaths of several Oklahoma school children.
