IRE takes the health and safety of all attendees at its events seriously and follows the guidelines of CDC, state/local health authorities and the training venue.
In general, attendees at all IRE in-person training events must be up to date with respect to their COVID-19 vaccinations.
If an attendee, speaker or IRE staff do not meet these requirements, they will not be allowed to attend the in-person event.
This policy may change depending on regulations at the training site.
Masks aren’t required, unless you received an exemption, but IRE encourages attendees to use masks indoors. CDC notes people properly wearing a well-fitting mask protect themselves and those around them, and that wearing a well-fitting mask is most beneficial in crowded and poorly ventilated locations.
We ask anyone who is feeling ill or showing any symptoms of COVID-19 to not attend. If you have had contact with or been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to the event, we ask that you not attend. If you are unable to participate for a COVID-19 related reason, please let us know immediately and we will work with you on your registration.
If you become ill during the training, we ask that you leave the training and notify the lead IRE trainer on-site. If you would like to do a COVID test, IRE staff will have a test available for you. IRE will work with you on the training that you miss due to illness.
IRE will continue to monitor CDC guidelines and any state/local ordinances and will update this document as needed.
Looks like you haven't made a choice yet.
