Participate in the CAR Conference Mentorship Program!

Pick the brains of the industry’s best data journalists during the Mentorship Program at the 2017 CAR Conference in Jacksonville. You and your carefully chosen mentor will meet for a continental breakfast on Friday, March 3, thanks to the Donald W. Reynolds Journalism Institute.

These private, one-on-one sessions allow conference attendees to seek advice on challenging reporting projects, get ideas for further professional development and forge connections for the road ahead. They are unique in that they are not designed for job seekers, but instead focus on teaching and sharing information.

IRE will pair you with a mentor, and contact information will be exchanged so that mentors and mentees can agree on a time and place to meet at the conference.

Registration is now full, but you can join the waiting list.  We’re also seeking mentors to share their knowledge. In order to participate, you must be registered for the conference.
