To attend the 2020 IRE Conference you must be a current IRE member through September 1, 2020.
*There is an option available online for expired or new members to do both membership and conference registration in one step.
To register for IRE20 click here. If you have an expired membership or need to join IRE, you can complete membership along with registration at the same time.
Cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected]. All cancellations must be in writing. Refunds will not be given for cancellations after August 7. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Attending from Outside the U.S.
If you require a U.S. visa to attend IRE20, you may request a confirmation of registration document only after you have registered for the conference and paid the conference registration fee.
If you require a confirmation of registration document please email your request to [email protected] and include your complete name, passport number, mailing address and any other details your country of residence requires for your visa application. IRE is not able to contact or intervene with any embassy or consulate office abroad on your behalf. Please allow 48-72 business hours for letters to be processed and emailed to you.
If your visa application is not approved to attend IRE20, please email [email protected] prior to the start of the conference and your registration will be refunded in full.
