Description

A Post investigation revealed that hundreds of retired U.S. military personnel – including scored of generals and admirals -- have sold their military expertise to foreign governments, with most taking lucrative jobs in countries known for human rights abuses. The reporting was based primarily on documents obtained from 24 FOIA requests and two FOIA lawsuits filed by The Post against the Army, the Air Force, the Navy, the Marine Corps and the State Department.
