The Wisconsin State Journal series shows how gambling in the state is leading to a redistribution of income to Native Americans. The series show that gamblers lose billions of dollars at the casinos. It also shows that the multimillion dollar business provides Native Americans with employment opportunities though there have been some negative effects within the tribal communities.
