The Virginia Pilot-Ledger Star, in an article examining the rights of the mentally disabled, profiles one mentally retarded woman who claims and believes that she was sexually assaulted. The article provides a look at the law concerning the protection of mentally disabled adults, Nov. 15, 1994.
