WSYX-TV documents how poor management decisions at the Capital Area Humane Society compromised its ability to take proper care of animals. The investigation found that unwanted animals were inhumanely euthanized, federal drugs were improperly administered, business contracts were given to friends and relatives of the president of the board of trustees, and the cover-up of irregularities, Aug. 26, 31; Sept. 1 - 2, 14 - 15, 29, 1994.
