While Kazarian was a brutally demanding and difficult boss, a close look reveals that company directors (Peter) Langerman and (Charles) Davidson, as well as general counsel (Michael) Lederman, who is also on the Sunbeam board, had incentives to get rid of Kazarian that had nothing to do with his management style, or for that matter, Sunbeam's best interests."
