Buzz Magazine reports "The biggest antidrug program in America not only doesn't work, it makes Mommy and Daddy look like idiots...The Justice Department recently spent three years ad three hundred thousand dollars trying to find out (what effect D.A.R.E. has); last autumn, in perhaps one of the most underreported War-On-Drugs stories of the decade, the findings were released: D.A.R.E., the study said, has had no statistical effect on drug use by youngsters."
