The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette investigated a religious organization called The Way International to find that many of their actions against members of their church whom they feel to be "possessed" are actions that classify the church as a cult. The story tells of several different cases and situations in which members' families turned against them and husbands and wives divorced because one partner would not submit to The Way. The Way also has been accused of holding screaming sessions with members of their church who they believe to be on the wrong path.
