Description

This article deals with the lack of parking in downtown Madison, Wis. and the abundance of parking tickets received by those forced to drive in downtown. Parking is a problem that has plagued downtown Madison for years and it is still trying to be solved. Tickets are written mostly for expired meters. Out of state cars present a problem because there is no way to force them to pay their parking fines.
