Description

Thousands of people are left in a poverty-strickened circle that continues to expand at an alarming rate in Oklahoma City. The circle affects every Oklahoman who helps support these neighborhoods with at least $8 million a year in public assistance. The Oklahoman's series examines all aspects of this problem including public officials' views as well as views of the people caught in the circle. (Nov. 5 - 17, 1995)
