Description

The Washingtonian examines the White House travel-office and allegations that employees were living beyond their means, writing checks to cash in large amounts and the possibility of kickbacks. The article focuses on Billy Dale, the only employee indicted. After the scandal seemed to backfire on the White House, aid Vincent Foster committed suicide. (February 1996)
