WBAL investigates Maryland's version of Megan's Law, a law that forces convicted child molesters to be identified when they move into a neighborhood, and finds that several loopholes greatly diminish its intent. Several concerned citizen complained they were unable to receive the information they though they were entitled to under to the law. (November 4, 5 & 6, 1996)
