WTLV-TV discovers "the much debated and campaigned Florida Sexual Predator law is full of flaws. The law states a list of certain child molesters must be made available to the public, including name, picture and address." Because addresses and photos are out of date, however, most molesters are unrecognizable. "A FOIA request revealed that 681 convicted child molesters were on probation in the area, but the Sexual Predator law in Florida would only allow citizens to know about 20."
