WLS-TV investigates security at the Democratic national Convention in Chicago. The series found that Howlie Davis, the man responsible for coordinating all security matters at Chicago's United Center, was a political operative with no security or law enforcement experience. Davis' inept planning resulted in a long line of delegates and officials due to problems with scanning devices. (June 21, Aug. 28-29,1996)
