This story focuses on a telemarketing scam. Perfectly healthy callers identify themselves as disabled or handicapped. The story used a hidden camera to show company trainers instructing employees to lie because it helps sell household products. The series shows that many of these local phone banks are part of two big, for-profit companies in Phoenix. None of the money really goes to charity.
