This Atlantic City Press series documents how one of New Jersey's largest fuel dealers overcharged dozens of government agencies in New Jersey and Delaware. Bureaucrats paid these bills without ever checking them (they were up to 40% more); also fuel dealer put lower grades of unleaded gas to government agencies while charging for more expensive grade. A criminal investigation is now underway.
