Description

The Columbus Dispatch takes a critical look at how quickly police officers arrive following a 911 call. For many in Columbus, that response time is not efficient, as is shown in the fatal case of Michael Sargent, who was shot before police officers arrived at the scene. Critics say one reason for this is the lack of 911 records kept by police officers; thus, 911 responses are not monitored.
