In Monroe County, Ill., locals don't take kindly to two wheeled traffic traveling through the county's two lane highway system; the resentment is a combination of agricultural concerns for the land as well as misconceptions surrounding the personalities of bike riders. The county enacted an ordinance stating that groups of up to 50 riders must register for a permit from the county sheriff.
