Description

Harold J. Overton worked as a professor at Charleston Southern University for 27 years. He went out of his way to be a good professor and took on many extra classes. After he died, a friend of his complained about the University's treatment of Overton -- failing to pay him adequately or allow him to work on his linguistics research -- the friend was fired.
