This investigation uncovered a crooked prison officer in Texas who offered to get an inmate out early for thousands of dollars in cash. The prison guard was caught by a hidden camera and microphone after a meeting with the inmate's wife, who was going to pay the guard the money. The prison guard was arrested on a felony charge, paid a fine, and spent time in jail. The inmate, who was an immigrant, served his term and was released. Efforts are currently being made to allow him to remain in the United States with his wife and child.
