The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra paid millionaire and music instrument collector, Herbert Axelrod a sum of $17 million for instruments which was worth $49 million according to Axelrod. Later when the millionaire was charged with fraud there were questions raised about this deal. This series by the Star-Ledger exposes this fraud.
