When private investigator Jim Potts was found dead, police hurriedly laid the case to rest claiming that he had committed suicide. But reporters from the Joplin Globe, with the help of Pott's family, found a lot of discrepancies in the investigation.They also found that, at the time of his death, Potts was investigating cases of police brutality in Galena (Kansas.)
