Description

This long-form radio documentary was produced as part of the work of the Innovation Trail Local Journalism Center's reporting on issues in upstate New York. The Southern Tier region of the state, close to the Pennsylvania border, is the area that is likely to be the first region to see hydrofracking if/when the process is approved for New York. This documentary examines the choices facing the community of Deposit New York, which has been caught in the limbo of the four-year fracking moratorium.
