A college freshman at Northern Illinois University is found dead after a night of a fraternity hazing. The university pledges to crack down on this kind of hazing and binge-drinking. But has anything changed? Rob Stafford and NBC5 Investigates discovered scores of new instances of students who were so drunk that they needed emergency medical attention.
